Yes Chair by Toivo, £80
The Yes Chair designed by Toivo Raidmets, is modern classic in its origins of Estonia. Stool is made of birch Wood, combined with smooth steel piping. Comes in lightweight, compact packaging which is perfect for storage. Personally I like to use the stool as extra seating in living space and as minimalistic bedside table.

Castor Stool Plus by Karimoku, £238
Made and designed by Big-Game, this stool is part of the wider Castor family. It combines the minimalistic style of Japanese design with Danish quality. The Castor Plus stool is lot more exclusive than some of more well-known brands. We love the Lemon Yellow stool for its boldness; being a light yellow brighten but does not clash with primary colours of the room.
Dot Stool by OOT-OOT, £110
OOT-OOT Dot Stool is the youngest of our favourite stools. I love this stool because it’s not only practical, with ability to stack up to 8 stools, it also combines industrial felt fabrics with solid wood which very original. Designed by Joonas Torim and Mihkel Mölder inspired to deliver a stool which is functional, unique and easy to clean.

Offcut Stool by Tom Dixon, £127
Tom Dixon’s Offcut stool aims to challenge the perception of flat pack furniture. The British designer had made imperfection perfection with its chunky wavy components; accompanied with construction left to the owner with all wood material. The eco-friendly soap marinating the stool, provides strength and texture to the grain of wood.
Soft Edge 72 Stool by Hay, £185
A Lightweight blend of strong curves and ultra-thin edges, which is designed to softly shaped comfort. The Soft Edge 72 is part of bigger collection by Iskos- Berlin developed and nurtured to the latest plywood moulding techniques. The seat comes in many custom options such as natural lacquer, black stained and grey stained. Although this seat does not stack, it’s intelligent designed to be ergonomic and original.

Fritz Hansen Dot designed by Arne Jacobsen in the mid 50’s in to 3 legged stool. In the 1970s the stool was restored and redesigned to what it’s like today with 4 legs and adapted to modern needs of comfort. This home classic comes in a beautiful walnut veneer or black ash finish, with chromo steel structure.
